These highwaist leggings were made using shiny polyester-spandex blend, four-way stretch fabric. They look like patent leather but are breathable and low-maintenance. They have a brushed inner lining to keep you warm. The high waistband offers abs support, and even offers a discreet phone pouch for storage on the go.
